Central Fabrication Laboratory

The Central Fabrication Laboratory (CFL) is a cleanroom established in the University of Hong Kong in December 2021.  Its mission is to provide fabrication facilities and expertise in support of the teaching and research activities in micro/nano fabrication.  The University’s research facility provides open-access not only to members of the University of Hong Kong, but also to local and overseas institutions, researchers and companies.  Users from private sectors are also welcome to approach the Central Fabrication Laboratory for collaborations.
